The Foundation of the Academy of Medicine (FAM) was associated with the 10th Congress of Exotic Pathology held in Haiphong (Vietnam) from 8 to 10 November 2017.

At the inaugural session held in the presence of the Minister of Health of Vietnam, Dr. Yves Juillet underlined the importance in terms of public health of the main theme of these Days: Surgery in tropical environments. He also stressed the need to develop a proactive policy to prevent road deaths. On the occasion of this meeting a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the organizers, the AFM and the Academy of Medicine.

As a follow-up to this Congress, the Rector of the University of Haiphong will participate in the Foundation’s FAMx Forum on May 31 and June 1. His visit will be an opportunity to strengthen medical cooperation links between France and Vietnam.
